Consumer purchases are handled on our store at shop.78brand.com, and wholesale ordering is handled on Faire at faire.com/direct/78brand. Each of those platforms has its own checkout terms, payment terms, and policies, and your order is subject to them in addition to these terms. Pricing, availability, and product information on this site are informational and may change without notice. Refunds for direct purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

The 78 Brand name, logos, label artwork, photography, video, product copy, and the design of this site are owned by 78 Brand Co. or used with permission, and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our marks or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Approved partners, retailers, and creators may use assets we supply, in the way we describe when we supply them.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to submit forms.
• Attempt to probe, scan, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape or harvest content or data except as permitted by our robots file.
• Post or transmit malware or anything that interferes with the operation of the site.

When you submit a form on the site, such as a contact, sample, wholesale, or partnership request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We store submissions in our backend, route them to our team, and may reply by email or phone. If you send us ideas, feedback, photos, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use that material in connection with our business, and you can ask us to stop by contacting us. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
