- Channels: This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through our official website.
- Shipping Fees: All initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing & Timeline
Once our customer service team receives your email and verifies your order details, we will begin processing your refund immediately.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment method used to place the order.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund amount to post back to your account, depending on your financial institution.
