78 Brand, Co,. is stocked and shipped with care. Because our product is perishable unfortunately we won’t be able to offer any refunds. We do however address every customer's unique situation separately as 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We understand things may happen beyond our control and items may be broken during delivery. If you receive an incorrect order or defective item, we will gladly make things right and cover any replacement and shipping cost. Simply call or email us and a new order will be placed within 2-4 business day.
