We wanted to highlight the true flavor of mustard seed and not vinegar. This natural mustard delivers the classic yellow mustard taste will give you that taste that you will know and love. 78 yellow mustard adds a special touch on cold cut sandwiches, chicken, beef, and pork dishes. Use it with wine to deglaze your meat near the end of cooking to create a mouth-watering sauce.

Best mustard ever

I love this mustard! It is the best I have ever tasted! I love the fact it is all natural stuff! I love the fact you do not need to shake it up everytime you use it, it always comes out as mustard!

Great product. Lousy customer service!

We placed an order that was supposedly delivered but never arrived. We’ve attempted to contact the company including creating a customer service ticket. Its been quite some time and we’ve heard absolutely nothing from the company. As such we will not be ordering from 78brand again. We are saddened by this considering how much we enjoy the product.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. According to USPS tracking package was left on your front door porch. As a value customer please contact us and we will issue to you refund. Thanks.

...10 days later, still no delivery...

I'm glad I wasn't in any big hurry, although I like this mustard. It allegedly shipped 10 days ago...its out for delivery...but when? Not like it was free shipping, I actually paid for shipping - pretty lame shipping...

We are sending all packages via USPS. USPS has a lot of storage and fills gaps in passenger flights with packages when going to different US region sorting centers, which causes a bottleneck (During Christmas last year with the compounding weather issues, we were seeing delays of up to 2 weeks). Its been about 3 years now and the delays are 4/10 on packages going through there and mostly around heavy travel holidays due to less available transit space. We are sorry but we have no power over USPS delivery.

Is 78 Brand fulfilling orders?

Yes. We are still fulfilling orders.

Are 78 Brand’s carriers still fulfilling shipments?

Yes. Depending on changing conditions, there may be shipping delays in which the carrier is working to get all packages delivered within the selected shipping time frame. Please note that our carrier, USPS, will continue to follow CDC and WHO instructions. Depending on future outcomes, our ability to ship may change.

Are Marketplace sellers still fulfilling orders?

Yes. Customers will be emailed should there be any delays.

What is 78 Brand doing to ensure the safety of their employees and customers?

We’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working tirelessly to serve the needs of businesses and individuals who are quickly adapting to new ways of life as we all pull together to curtail this outbreak. In response to the virus, we’ve implemented updated best practices in our workplace to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

In accordance with Illinois recent statewide stay-at-home order, most employees in our Chicago area headquarters are now working from home. We have temporarily limited on-site business operations to essential staff in our warehouses to ensure fulfillment and delivery of customer orders with minimal interruption, especially those relying on 78 Brand to deliver household staples, medical supplies and other necessities. These essential employees adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.

These precautions are designed to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and shipped by healthy employees. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s entrusted to one of our shipping partners. A large percentage of these orders are delivered via UPS or the US Postal Service, both of which are taking steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe parcel delivery. UPS published its COVID-19 response here, while the USPS is following guidelines published by the CDC.

78 Brand and its fulfillment partners are pulling together to deliver the highest, healthiest level of service to our customers.

Shipping

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days*.  We decided to use UPS & USPS to help us with our shipping logistic to keep things affordable and simple, but if you prefer to use other carrier just email us your account number and we will be happy to arrange it.

UPS Ground delivery commitment typically is one to five days.

*Please note that bigger orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
